As a pro-active woman, bringing more than 15 years diversified work experience in social sector. Throughout my career journey I remain managing and supporting of large scale projects and programs of rural development as well as humanitarian assistance (emergency response, relief and early recovery for afghan refugees and host communities in Balochistan. It includes designing, strategic planning and implementation leadership in a complex and relatively insecure and conservative environments. Experience in resource mobilization and management, monitoring and evaluation, documentation and publications, media and advocacy, social mobilization and capacity building, human capitalization and institutional building in environment and agriculture development including  livestock and natural resources management as well as strengthening of social services delivery in health/RH extensively, education, legal assistance and protection, gender mainstreaming in marginalized and conservative communities.
